中文摘要 | 本論文提出應用乏晰動態規劃法於配電系統中饋電線上電容器組之調度,以使得 饋電線上總損失降低、饋電線功率因電及饋電線上各區段電壓大小偏移量能獲得改善,且需 滿足限制條件,限制條件包含饋電線上各區段電壓大小上下限制,電容器組一天內最大動作 次數及配電饋電線功率因數最小值限制。為了驗證本方法作此問題的有效性,將以台灣電力 公司雲林區處二次變電所主變壓器上饋電線作測試,由結果顯示應用本方法進行調度比固定 時間開關電容器調度方式,更能降低饋電線上的損失及改善饋電線上的功率因數和改善饋電 線上各區段電壓大小偏移量。 |
英文摘要 | A fuzzy dynamic programming approach is proposed for dispatch the capacitors in a distribution system. The objective is to minimize the total feeder section loss in a day, restrain the reactive power and improve the voltage profile on the feeder section in a distribution system. The constraints that must be considered include the voltage limit on the feeder, the maximum allowable number of switching operation for each capacitor in a day and the tolerable worst power factor. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed approach, the dispatch of capacitors in a distribution feeder within the service area of Yunlin District Office of Taiwen Power Company is performed. It is found that a proper dispatching schedule for each capacitor can be reached by the presented method. |
