中文摘要 | 香辛植物大多具備抗氧化性,羌活(Notopterygium incisum)雖亦屬氣味清香的 香辛中藥,卻尚未有人注意其是否具有抗氧化性;本研究除證實了羌活具強抗氧化性外,亦 分離出其內所含的抗氧化成分;羌活以甲醇,氯仿,正丁醇及水等溶劑依序萃取可溶成分, 另外亦經 L-N 蒸餾萃取裝置以乙醚萃取揮發性成分, 各萃取物利用硫氰酸鐵法檢測抗氧化 性。其中較具抗氧化性之氯仿萃取物再經矽膠管柱層析法區分。區分後顯現抗氧化性的沖提 部分重複利用高效液相層析法純化,並以紫外線吸光、紅外線吸光、質譜、及核磁共振等光 譜分析法加以鑑定。純化鑑定出的主要化合物有三,分別為 notoptol, isoimperatorin 及 phenethyl ferulate, 經硫氰酸鐵法檢測結果, 前二物較不具抗氧化性, phenethyl ferulate 之抗氧化性則強過α - 生育醇的。 |
英文摘要 | The components account for the antioxidative activity of Chiang-Huo (Notopterygium incisum) were investigated in this study. The results are described as following: Chiang-Huo was extracted by methanol, chloroform, n-butanol and water consequently, and also extracted by diethyl ether using the Liken-Nickerson extractor. The antioxidative activity of each extract was determinated by the ferric thiocyanate method, and the chloroform extract showed the highest activity. The chloroform extract was then fractionated by silica gel chromatography. The fractionated components were then identified by their spectra of ultraviolet absorption (UV) , infrared absorption (IR) , mass spectrometry (MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance. Three components were purified and identified, which were notoptol, isoimperatorin, and phenethyl ferulate. As the three identified components, notoptol and isoimperatorin showed low activity of antioxidation. However, phenethyl ferulate showed much higher antioxidative activity, the activity was higher than that of α -tocopherol. |
