中文摘要 | 本研究係以四種商用闊葉樹木材浸漬三種防火劑,以探討處理試材之 抗燃性改善效應,經試驗後,可獲致如下之結果,1.四種未處理材之燃燒性,以 栓木>黑梣木>山毛櫸或紅櫟木。2.試材對防火劑吸收量以黑梣木.紅櫟木>山毛 櫸>栓木。防火劑吸收量愈高,則燃燒性能會降低,相對地改善效應愈大。3.就 藥劑之抗燃性改善效應言,以FR-C>PR-2>FB-X。4.就樹種處理材之抗燃性改善 效應言,以黑梣木>栓木>紅櫟木>山毛櫸。5.依CNNS-8736及7614標準規定,因 樹種未處理材燃燒性及防燄級別均為不合格。而經防火劑處理之各處理材,除少 數外,均可提昇為防燄2級之要求。 |
英文摘要 | (Abstract) The improved efficiency of fire - resistance in four wood species(Sen, Black ash,American beech and Red oak)by dipping three fire retardants(FR -C, PR-2, and FR -X)were investigated. The results are summarized as follows :1. The combustibility of four untreated wood was in the order of Sen > Black ash >American beech or Red oak. 2. The amount of fire retardants was in the order of Black ash,Red oak > American beech> Sen, and the efficiency of fire-resistance the combustibility increased with increasing the fireretardants amount (kg/m��). 3. The efficiency of fire-resistance in four wood species was in the order of Black ash > Sen> Red oak > American beech. 4. The efficiency of fire-resistance in three fire redardants was in the order of FR - C > FR-2>FR-X. 5. The control failed to pass the standard tests specified in CNS-7614 (the incombustibility ofthin materials for building) and CNS-8736 (method of test for flameproof plywood). Samplestreated with different combinations of treatments(fire redartants (3) X concentration (3)).Upgraded in general to the second grade flame-proof. |
