中文摘要 | 本研究以四種商用濶葉樹材,經三種防火劑分別以三種吸收量刷塗木板表面後,以探討未處理材及抗燃處理材對吸脫濕性之影響,可獲得次述之結果。1. 40℃,75%RH→90%RH吸濕條件下,經72小時吸脫濕後,四個樹種未處理材之吸脫濕量均有以紅櫟木>黑梣木>山毛櫸>栓木之結果。且脫濕量較吸濕量小,前者約為後者之80%~89%。又各試材之吸濕量均有隨時間之增加而增大。2.經FR-X,FR-2及FR-G三種防火劑表面刷塗於木板後,試材之吸脫濕量,均有隨防火劑吸收量之增加而增大之趨勢。顯示,三種無機鹽防火劑均具吸濕性。3.三種防火劑之吸濕性有FR-2>FR.X>FR-G趨勢。4.四種防火劑處理材之吸濕性有紅櫟木>黑梣木>山毛櫸>栓木之趨勢。5.各防火劑處理材吸濕後之EMG值,與防火劑種類、防火劑吸收量及樹種種類有密切關係。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of four wood species and three fire retardants treated wood on the absorption and desorption ability. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The amount of absorption and desorption after 72hrs. under 40℃, 75% RH→90% RH condition, the four wood species: Black ash>Sen>American beech>Red oak wood specimens. The amount of desorption were lower than those of absorption, the value of the former were only 80%~89% of the latter. 2. The amount of absorption and desorption increased with increasing fire retard-ants absorption content. The inorganic salts which have been used as fire retardants are hygroscopic and readily leached from wood. 3. The amount of absorption and desorption for three fire retardants: The FR-2 than those of FR-X and FR-e fire retardants. 4. The amount of absorption and desorption for four wood species: Red oak> Black ash>American beech>Sen treated by three fire retardants. 5. The EMC values of four fire resistance treated wood showed closely relationship with fire retardants, fire retardant of absorption content and wood species respectively. |
