| 中文摘要 | 本研究係以四種闊葉樹木材,經以三種防火劑(FR)混合UF樹脂(即成防火樹脂),刷塗於木材(單面)表面,以探討木材之抗燃性改善效應,經試驗後,可獲致如下之結果。1.四樹種未處理材之燃燒性以栓木最大,黑梣木次之,山毛櫸或紅櫟木最小。2.四樹種處理材之抗聽性改善效應以黑梣木,栓木,紅櫟木,山毛櫸。3.三種防火劑對試材之抗燃性改善效應以FR- X > FR- 2 >FR- 202。4.UF/FR重量比對試材之抗燃性改善殼應以2:1>1:1>4:1 。5.UF/FR之塗布量與木材之抗燃性改善效應呈正相關結果。6.各樹種試材經不同處理組合(防火劑(3)×塗布量(3)×UF/FR比(3))處理結果顧示大部分處理條件均可提昇試材之防焰性到二級至一級。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of fire-resistance in four wood species by brushing UF/FR on the single face of specimens. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The combustility of untreated wood was in the order of sen >black ash> American beech or red oak. 2. The efficiency of fire-resistance treatment on the four wood species was in the order of black ash> sen> red oak> American beech. 3. The efficiency of fire retardants used for improving fire-resistance was in the order of FR-X> FR-Z> FR-202. 4. The efficiency of UF/FR weight ratio on fire-resistancy was in the order of 2:1> 1:1> 4: 1. 5. The combustion factors increased with increasing amount of resin/FR. 6. The control failed to pass the standard tests specified by CNS-8736 (method of test for flameproof plywood) and CNS-7614 (the incombustility of thin materials for buildings). Sample treated with different combinations [fire retardants (3) X resin/FR ratio (3) X spreading amount (3)] upgraded in general from the second grade flameproof to the first one. |
