中文摘要 | 本試驗以間苯二酚分別與縮合程度不同的尿素甲醛樹脂、添加甲醛消除劑的尿素甲醛樹脂及尿素二次添加法合成的尿素甲醛樹脂共縮合成RUF膠,並探討其膠合效果,膠合劑中游離甲醛含量及其製造的合板和集成材之游離甲醛釋出量等性質。結果以間苯二酚與二次添加法尿素甲醛樹脂共縮合的RUF膠,其膠合性質最好且直接原料成本最低。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, RUF resin adhesives are synthesized by co-condensation reaction with resorcinol and UF resin, UF resin with scavenger Na_SO_3; and UF resin of second urea additional synthesized method. The characteristics, namely, solid content, viscosity, pH value, shelf life and gelation time, of these adhesives are investigated. Mean while, the free formaldehyde of adhesives and formaldehyde release of plywood and glu-Iam beam bonded with some of these adhesives are also examined. The results are summarized below: 1. The condition of co-condensation reaction for resorcinol and UF resin at 50°C for 4 hrs. is the most suitable one. 2. The content of free formaldehyde in all the RUF adhesives are less than that in UF, and formaldehyde release from the plywood or glu-Iam beam bonded with some of these RUF adhesives are also far less than that with the UF one. 3. From the results of bonding strength, formaldehyde release and direct material cost analysis, we can conclude that the RUF adhesive of No. S204 is the most valuable one for recommending to commercial production. |
