| 中文摘要 | 四種商用濶葉樹材,以三種防火劑分別添加合成樹脂,調配成三種比例,刷塗於木材表面,以探討處理材之抗燃性改善效應,經試驗後,可獲致以下之結果:1.未處理材之燃燒性,栓木>黑梣木>山毛櫸或紅櫟木。2.處理材之抗燃性效應,黑梣木或紅櫟木>栓木>山毛櫸。3.三種防火劑對試材之抗燃性效應,FR-X>FR-2>FR-202。4.MUF/FR重量比對試材之抗燃性效應,2:1者>1:1>4:1。5.MUF/FR之塗布量愈多,膜厚愈大則木材抗燃性改善效果愈佳。唯基於成本考量,宜適地適量處理。6.MUF/FR處理材之抗燃性改善效應優於UF/FR處理者。7.四未處理試材之抗燃性檢驗(CNS-8736)防焰分級(CNS-7614)均不合規定。唯經27種處理之試材(防火劑(3) x MUF/FR重量比(3)x塗布量(3)),絕大部分均可提昇至防焰2級甚至1級。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of fire-resistance of four commercial wood species through brushing MUF/FR mixture on the specimens. The results indicate. 1. The combustibility of untreated wood was in the order of sen>black ash>American beech or red oak. 2. The efficiency of fire-resistance treatment on the four wood species was in the order of black ash or red oak>sen> American beech. 3. Fire-resistance of three examined fire retardants displayed FR-X>FR-2>FR-202. 4. The effect of resin/FR weight ratio on fire-resistancy was in the order of 2:1>1: 1>4:1. 5. The combustion factors increased with increasing amount of resin/FR. 6. The improving efficiency of fire-resistance of MUF/FR was better than that of UF/FR. 7. The control failed to pass the standard tests specified in CNS-8736 (method of test for flameproof plywood) and CNS-7614 (the incombustibility of thin materials for buildings). Samples treated with 27 different combinations [fire retardants (3) x resin/FR weight ratio (3) x spreading amount (3)] upgraded in general to the second grade flameproof or even the first grade. |
