中文摘要 | 本試驗應用氧化型鉻化砷酸銅(CCA-oxide),鹽類型鉻化砷酸銅 (CCA-salt)及鉻化硼酸銅(CCB)等3種保存藥劑,分別處理臺灣杉邊材及心材,測 定其藥劑吸收量,得知其大小順序為CCA-oxide>CCA-salt>CCB。邊材較心材吸 收量高。經保存處理之臺灣杉試材,以蒸餾水浸泡5天,15天及25天,並測定其藥 劑保留性。結果顯示:不論邊材或心材,保存比值順序均為CCA-oxide CCA- salt>CCB。此外,保存比值與浸漬時間呈反比。浸泡試片之水溶液經分析其中鉻、 銅、砷3項重金屬離子濃度,獲知砷離子濃度最高,銅離子次子,而鉻離子最低。 因此,鉻離子再度被證實于木材組織中具有良好固著能力。砷離子流失性較大, 確實有必要考慮其使用後對於環境之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Three preservatives, CCA-oxide, CCA-salt and CCB, were used to treat sap wood and heartwood of Taiwania cryptomerioides Hay. The absorption of chemicals by woods was found to be in the sequency of CCA-oxide>CCA-salt>CCB. Sapwood absorbed more preservatives than heartwood did. The conserving amount of chemicals was measured after five, fifteen and twenty-five days of water-immersion. For both sapwoods and heartwoods, the conserving ratio (conserving/ absorption) of preservatives was determined to be as CCA-oxide CCA-salt>CCB. Besides, the conserving ratio was inversely proportional to the immersing time. The Chromium, Copper and Arsenic ions in the immersing water were detected by standard AA methods. The results showed that As was in the highest, Cu the second, and Cr the least concentrations. Thus, the fixation of chromium ion on wood was furtherly confirmed. However, the leaching property of As might cause problems to the environment. |
