中文摘要 | 在動力系統之工程實務中,渦輪葉片、風扇葉片、飛輪及圓盤等構件均被大量地 使用,而硬式磁碟機之記錄磁轉盤更是需要在高轉速及高精密度下進行工作。由於在機構上 所需之孔洞配合以及在製造生產過程中缺陷之不可避免地出現,使得圓盤構件於高速旋轉時 所產生的應力,更因孔洞等缺陷的存在而更加提昇,使構件易於破壞,影響元件壽命甚鉅。 本文係利用穿透式數位光彈法,配合閃光同步技術〞凍結〞旋轉圓盤構件應力狀態的條紋圖 形,以探討圓盤構件之應力分佈特性。文中首先探討具中心圓孔之無缺陷圓盤,將實驗結果 與理論解相比較,以驗證實驗裝置之適用性,其次再探討具各種尺寸變化含週邊圓孔圓盤之 孔邊應力集中現象。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the digital photoelastic technique was employed to analyze the "frozen" photoelastic fringe patterns of a rotating disk obtained by the spark-stroboscopic technique. A defect-free rotating disk with a central hole was first investigated. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical solutions to verify the applicability of the experimental set-up. Under different rotating speeds, stress concentration factors for a rotating disk of various sizes of circumferential holes as well as distances between those holes and the central hole were studied. |
