中文摘要 | 本文介紹適用於個人電腦上操作之旋轉圓盤之電腦輔助設計軟體,它能提供友善的面板式操作介面,讓使用者能輕易而迅速地獲取可靠的計算結果以供參考利用。本軟體之發展流程包括:(一)、推導旋轉圓盤之數值計算公式;(二)、撰寫電腦程式,將推導所得之方程組與最佳化方法結合,以求得旋轉圓盤剖面之最佳厚度變化;(三)、設計圖形使用者介面以方便圓盤之設計工作。由數值模擬結果得知:當輪轂壓力為零時,圓盤剖面之厚度變化與轉速無關;當輪轂壓力不為零時,轉速愈高,稍微遠離輪轂處之圓盤厚度會變大。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a computer-aided design software operated on personal computers for rotating disks. It provides a user-friendly operating interface for the user to quickly obtain useful results of disks by the numerical steps applied in this paper. The processes for developing the software include: (1) Derive the necessary numerical equations for rotating disks. (2) Develop the computer programs to obtain the optimum cross-section-thickness variation of rotating disks. (3) Design the graphic user interface so that the design of rotating disks can be easily implemented. The simulation results show that the rotating speed has no effect on the disk thickness variation if the hub pressure is equal to zero. If the hub pressure is not equal to zero, the disk thickness increases at the cross section slightly away from the hub while the rotating speed is increasing. |
