中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為發展一套為電腦輔助設計(CAD)為基礎的自動化檢驗系統,此系統結合了三次元量測( CMM )與 CAD,因而能自動產生 CMM 量測程式。基本上此系統包含了五個模組化功能, 即 CAD 模型建立與表達、取樣點數決定、取樣點分配、探頭量測方位決定、以及無碰撞量測路徑的產生等。為了驗證系統的可行性,本研究以一般幾何形狀特徵工作以及雕刻曲工件為實驗對象, 嘗試產生其所需之 CMM 檢驗程式,實驗結果顯示此方法能有效的讀取 CAD 模型後,自動產生一有效的量測路徑與程式, 因此有助於形成一真正無人化的自動化製造環境。 |
英文摘要 | A CAD-directed inspection system integrating a CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a CAD system was developed for automation of the CMM inspection procedure. Five important tasks are involved in this system: representation of CAD models, determination of sampling size, distribution of sampling points, selection of probe orientation, and determination of a collision-free traveling sequence. Algorithms and procedures developed for the above tasks are proposed in this research. A prototype system was implemented in the laboratory that automatically generated the inspection program for basic-shape featues and sculptured surfaces. The experimental results show that this approach can effectively generate a good CMM inspection plan, and hence assist to form a truly automated manufacturing systm. |
