中文摘要 | 本研究先探討鎳-鈷合金電鍍的極化行為,接著以定電流法將鎳-鈷合金鍍著於黃銅旋轉圓盤電極,並分析電流密度、電極轉速、溶液pH值及溫度等操作變數對鍍層組成、電流效率的影響。然後探究添加劑效應。研究結果顯示:一般言隨著電流密度的提高,電流效率亦提高,但鈷含量則減少。電流效率隨著pH的提高而增大,但鈷含量則減少。電極轉速提高反而造成電流效率下降。甲酸、甲醛1,4-丁二醇等添加劑皆會造成電流效率降低。又電流密度與溫度、電極轉速之間皆有交互效應存在。結構實測結果顯示所得合金皆為面心立方。操作溫度、pH、添加劑造成合金鍍層的晶徑的改變,至於操作電流密及電極轉速則效應不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | Thin films of nickel-cobalt binary alloys were galvanostatically deposited on a brass rotating disk electrode from a mixed sulfate and chloride bath. The polarization behavior and the effects of current density, pH, temperature, and rotation speed of the electrode on nickel-cobalt alloy electrodeposition have been investigated. In all cases, the current efficiency of alloy deposition increases with increased current density, whereas the cobalt content decreases with increased current density. Also, there is an increase in the current efficiency of alloy electrodeposition, but decrease in cobalt content, as the pH value rises. On the other hand, the current efficiency of al- lay e1ectrodeposition was found to decrease with increasing rotating rate. The additives (formic acid, formaldehyde, and 1,4-butylene glycol) caused a reduction in the current efficiency. Be-sides, the interaction between current density and temperature, and current density and rotation rate has been observed. As for the crystallite size in the deposit, pH, temperature and additive are found to exert significant effects. |
