中文摘要 | 本實驗旨在探討市售嬰兒配方乳粉對嬰兒之攝取量、體位、血液成分和排便性等生長影響之比較。以90名足月的健康嬰兒為對象,分成7組,各餵以不同的蛋白質含量(1.3gm/dl,1.5gm/dl,不同之乳清蛋白(WP)與酪蛋白(C)比例(WP/C=18/82,60/40或55/45)與不同的多元不飽和脂肪酸(P)與飽和脂肪酸(S)比例(P/S=0.3-0.5,0.9或1.65)的嬰兒配方乳粉或母乳。於嬰兒1、2、3個月大時,分別進行體位測量評估(包括:身長、體重、頭圍和胸圍)與血液分析檢查(包括:血紅素、血球容積比、紅血球數、血清總蛋白質與自蛋白),同時於檢查日之前,連續3日記錄嬰兒的攝乳狀況與排便情形。結果顯示,體位測量結果及血液分析檢查等生長發育指標均無明顯差異存在。因此說明,無論餵哺母乳或各種嬰兒配方乳粉,均能達到良好之生長與發育。而從排便特性的結果發現,乳清蛋白在飲食中所佔的比率,似乎會影響糞便的色澤,乳清蛋白所佔的比例愈高,則糞便偏向綠色系的機率就愈大,但此情形卻不出現在母乳餵養嬰兒之糞便。糞便呈現綠色系,主要可能與膳食中蛋白質和腸道微生物的相互作用有關。 |
英文摘要 | Some parameters of the growth and development of the infants fed withvarious commercial infant formulas was studied. Nmty healthy full-term newborn infants were divided into 7 groups and fed with an infant formula whichcontained various whey protein/casein ratio (WP / C = 18 / 82, 60/40 or 55/45) and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids/saturated fatty acids (P/S = 0.3 - 0.5, 0.9or 1.65), or with mother's milk. Anthropometric assessment and blood analysiswere done for each baby at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month. Thebabies' actual formula intake and stool characteristics were recorded for 3 daysbefore each admission check up. The results demonstrated that all infants grewand developed quite well and there was no difference among infant formulagroups and mother's milk group. More green color in the stool from the babieswho ingested the formula with higher WP/C ratio was observed in this study.The green color stool may be primarily correlated with the interrelationship ofdietary protein and intestinal microorganisms. |
