中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討國小教師與家長對教育認知的差異性;並瞭解教師與家長對學生/子女之期望、管教及輔導態度所造成之影響與交互作用。進而歸納結果,提供教師、家長及教育行政當局之參考。 本研究以問卷調查法實施。研究對象以分層隨機及簡單抽樣方式,選取台北市大、中、小型30所公立國民小學一、三、五年級教師354人、家長693人,研究工具為自編並經試測及專家評審之「國民小學教師與家長對教育認知」調查問卷。測試後以獨立性考驗(x��)考驗統計法進行分析。經統計分析後獲重要發現, 並提出結論及具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to explore parents and teachers undersdandingabout elementary (grade) school education and to reveal the differentiation betweenthese two groups. This research also serves to understand parents and teachers'expectation, discipline, and guidence attitute toward the students findings which notonly affect the students themselves but also crossly influence each other. The findingof the research, will hopefully provid references for teachers, parents as well as theadministrators. This research was conducted by mean of questionnaire. The questionness werechosen by random simpling and objective simpling from 30 public school in themetropolitan Taipei area. All these 354 teachers and 694 parents represent those offirst, third, and fifth graders. The questionnaire is designed by the writer and hasbeen pre-tested and approved by experts. The results of survey is analized in a chi-square statistic. Finding and suggestionsof the research will be Summurized in the last chapter. |
