中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討應用「教育人員法律責任」論文集為教材,透過講解和研讀方式,是否能達到增進國民小學教師及行政人員法律知識的效果。本研究採取之研究設計有二: 一為單組前測後測設計,以台灣省國民學校教師研習會國民小學主任儲訓班六十八、七十兩期研習教師370人為對象,二為實驗組控制組前測後測設計,以國立花蓮師範學院八十一年暑期進修班47位國小在職教師為對象,均以自編之法律知識問卷為測驗工具,前測後測之間則施以「教育人員法律責任」論文集教材之講解及研讀之實驗處理。所得成績以t檢定檢驗得下列結果: (一) 台灣省國民學校教師研習會國民小學主任儲訓班研習教師前測後測成績之間有顯著差異,後測成績優於前測成績。 (二) 花蓮師範學院暑期進修班學員實驗組與控制組前測後測成績差數之間有顯著差異,實驗組優於控制組。 可見「教育人員法律責任」論文集教材之講解與研讀,對國民小學在職教師及行政人員法律知識之增進有助益。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to study the effectiveness of using "The Legal Responsibilities of Educational Personnel" as teaching material to enrich the knowledge of school law for elementary school teachers and administrators. The method used inc1uded lecturing the material in the classroom and reading it after the lecture. Two research designs were adopted in this study: 1. Single group pretest-postest design. The subjects were 370 elementary school teachers and administrators in the Taiwan Provincial Intitute for Elementary School Teachers Inservice Education. The results shown there was a significant difference between the mean scores of pretest and postest scores. 2. Experimental group control group pretest-postest design. The subjects were 47 elementary school teachers and administrators in inservice education c1assesduring the 1992 summer session in Hualien Normal College. The finding of this study shown that there was a significant difference in postest scores between the experimental group and control group. The findings led to the conc1usion that "The Legal Responsibi1ity of Educational Personnel" as used in this study was effective in enriching the knowledge of school law for elementary school teachers and administrators. |
