中文摘要 | 本試驗乃針對大豆種植時,於豆莖潛蠅自然感染下施以不同次數(0, 1, 2, 3, 4次)之噴藥處理,以期了解各農藝性狀之變化,進而尋求一較經濟且安全防治之方法。噴藥之處理於大豆萌芽一週後始進行,試驗之結果顯示噴施0 , 1次者, 其株高受害嚴重矮化,且結莢數銳減,導至產量之損失甚鉅(14.5 ~37.05%)。而噴施2, 3, 4次者各處理之農藝性狀反應並無顯著差異,顯示可於蟲害發生之適當時期噴施藥劑雖次數較少亦能達到相當之防除效果。植株受害蟲洞數於各處理間無顯著差異,顯示噴施藥物僅能減輕受害,但無法完全防除。結實種子之大小亦不受噴藥次數多寡影響。自結果可知針對豆莖潛蠅危害,只需於大豆種植初期連續噴施2 次殺蟲藥劑即可。 |
英文摘要 | Several varieties of soybean were grown under natural infestation situation and treated with different spraying times of insecticide to check the effects on agronomic characteristics. The soybean without any or with only one application of inseoticide resulted in significant lower number of pod bearing, shorter in plant height, and less total yield. Those sprayed with insecticide for 2, 3 or 4 times make no difference in terms of agronomic characteristics. Numbers of bore holes made by stem-miner per plant were not significantly different among all treatments. This indicated that treatment of insecticide can reduce the insect damages but not to extinguish them. Seed size were not affected by different spraying times. Since more than two applications of insecticide cannot reduce the damage of the stem-miner more effectively, it is suggested that 2 times of spraying during early growth stage of soybean will be sufficient. So the use of insecticide can be saved, thus it is a more economic way to control the stem-miner. |
