中文摘要 | 以大豆高雄10號為材料,於1994年4月7日播種,在滲漏與不滲漏兩種處理下,以 不同灌溉頻度(每日灌溉、 每週灌溉、每月灌溉)為主區, 另以不同鹽液之濃度( 250、 750、1500、2250、3000 μ mhos/cm )為副區。 試驗採裂區設計,三重複,待種子發芽兩 週後,進行處理,以了解在滲漏與不滲漏處理下,不同灌溉頻度及不同鹽分濃度,對大豆農 藝性狀及產量之影響,結果如下: 1. 在滲漏處理下, 不同灌溉頻度極顯著的影響株高,而不同鹽分濃度處理顯著或極顯著的 影響株高、分株數、分枝莢數、總莢數、單株粒數、單株籽粒重、開花日數及成熟日數,另 外株高、單株粒數及成熟日數則在不同灌溉頻度與鹽分處理間有顥著之交感。 2. 不滲漏處理下, 不同灌溉頻度顯著或極顯著的影響單株粒數、單株籽粒重、百粒重,而 不同鹽分濃度顯著或極顯著的影響分枝數、分枝莢數、總莢數、單株粒數、單株籽粒重、百 粒重、開花日數及成熟日數,另外主莖莢數、分枝莢數、總莢數、單株粒數及單株籽粒重等 性狀,則在不同灌溉頻度與鹽分濃度處理間有顯著或極顯著之交感。 3. 滲漏與不滲漏處理間有顯著或極顯著差異者有主莖莢數、分枝莢數、總莢數、 單株粒數 與成熟日數。 4. 在灌溉水中鹽分濃度不應超過 1500 μ mhos/cm, 否則大豆生長及產量均會受到顯著影 響。 |
英文摘要 | Soybean of Kaohsiung No.10 was sown on the seventh day, April 1994, divided into percolation and non-percolation. The split plot design with three replications was used, and different irrigating frequency treatments(daily irrigating, weekly irrigation, monthly irrigation) were used as the main plot. Salt concentration treatments (250 μ mhos/cm, 750 μ mhos/cm, 1500 μ mhos/cm, 2250 μ mhos/cm, 3000 μ mhos/cm, salinity) were used as the sub-plot. Treatments were done two weeks after seed germination to understand the influence of agronomic characters and yield components of soybean under different irrigating frequency and salt concentration treatments in percolation and non-percolation condition. Results were summarized as follows: 1.In percolation treatments, the plant height was highly significantly influenced by different irrigation frequency. As for the plant height, branch number, pod number on branches, total pod number, seed number/plant, seed yield/plant, days to flowering and days to maturing were significantly or highly significantly influenced by different salt concentration treatments. Besides, different irrigating frequency and salt concentration treatments significantly interacted on the plant height, seed number/plant and days to maturing. 2.In non-percolation treatments, the seed number/plant, seed yield/plant and 100-seed weight were significantly or highly significantly influenced by different irrigating frequency. As for the branch number, pod number on branches, total pod number, seed number/plant, seed yield/plant, 100-seed weight, days to flowering and days to maturing were significantly or highly significantly influenced by different salt concentration treatments. Besides, different irrigating frequency and salt concentration treatments significantly interacted on the pod number on stem, pod number on branches, total pod number, seed number/plant and seed yield/plant. 3.The pod number on stem, pod number on branches, total pod number, seed number/plant and days to maturing had significant or highly significant differences between the percolation and non-percolation treatments. 4.Salt concentration in the irrigating water showed not be over 1500 μ mhos/cm, otherwise the growth and yield of soybean would be significantly influenced. |
