| 中文摘要 | 試驗結果顯示參試各大豆種源於莖潛蠅(Melanagromyza sojae (Zenhtner))自然感染區內每一品種皆受其感染,顯示本試驗區域豆莖潛蠅壓力頗大且密集,頗適於進行篩選工作。惟各農藝性狀呈現不同程度之反應。比較噴灑殺蟲藥劑區與自然感染區內的各種源農藝性狀於不同處理下之差異,顯示遺傳變異存在,故可從事抗蟲之篩選。建議可由以上遺傳變異進行雜交工作以為抗蟲育種之基石。另, 春秋二季測試結果顯示季節與品種有顯著之交感效應, 表示從事育種工作應依季節而行之, 秋季為較佳篩選季節;春季則因變異較大,篩選不易。 |
| 英文摘要 | Results showed that all soybean germplasms under natural infestation were subjected to stem miner (Melanagromyza sojae (Zenhtner)) damages. However, comparisons of the agronomic responses of soybean between insecticide protected and natural infestation area showed significant differences among tested germplasms. In fall season, plant height and number of flower or pods per plant are more apparent selection indexes. From above informations showed genetic variations existed among all germplasms which provide good sources for breeding resistance lines. There also existed significant variety by season interactions which indicates that we need to select for resistant lines for each season separately. Fall season showed more apparent damage effects on soybean and became a better selection season for resistant lines. On the contrast, the spring season was more variable and harder for selection. |
