中文摘要 | 以兩個大豆雜種族群高雄8號(KS8)*台農15號(TN15)(A組合)及台農15 號,T175(PI92451)(B組合)之F�涌�ㄩ堣l,於1983年春作起以分季連續淘汰法分別 播種於臺灣四個地區,探討F�迭籹�ㄠ皒s之農藝性狀在四個不同栽培地區之族群 分布型及各種育種介量。 兩個F��-F�ㄔ@代族群之分布型,因培育地區之不同而有明顯差異。營養性狀中 之株高,分株數,主莖節數,在後期世代有由南向北遞減的趨勢,主莖莢數,分 枝莢數在地區間表現無一定趨勢,產量及其構成因素如粒數,百粒重等在後期世 代大致有由南向北減的趨勢。 各雜種連續世代在各地區淘汰後,其F�陛AF�瓷AF�ㄐA世代集中臺中的結果,營 養性狀在地區間無明顯差異,而主莖莢數,分枝莢數,粒數,產量,百粒重,總 莢數等性狀之平均值及變方有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | From spring crop, 1983, two F�砥籹�� soybean (Glycine max) hybrid populationsof KS8 x TN15 (population A) and TN15 x T175 (population B) were planted infour locations of Taiwan (Pingtung, Tainan, Taichung, and Hsinchu) for studyingthe frequency distributions and breeding parameters of ten characters in F�� -F�φopulations. The results are summarized as follows:1. When F�砥籹�� bulk populations of soybean were subjected to disruptive seasonal selection, plant height, number of branches, number of nodes on the main stem tended to gradually decrease from southern location to northern location. Similar tendency was observed for seed yield, number of seeds and weight of 100 seeds etc. However, there was no fixed increasing or decreasing tendency in the number of pods on main stem and number of pods on branches among the different locations. 2. The bulk populations of F��, F�� and F�� which had been subjected to the natural selection at various locations were all collected and grown together at Taichung for disruptive seasonal selection. Under this condition, no significant difference was found for various vegetative characters among the plants which were pre viously grown at different locations. However, there were significant differences in the mean values and variance for yield components such as number of pods on main stem, number of pods on branches, number of seeds, seed yield, weight of 100 seeds and total number of pods. |
