中文摘要 | 普通的鑄鐵,因為組織內含有片狀石墨,所以無韌性。近年來往鑄鐵 之熔液中添加Mg,Si球化劑及Si,Ca(微量)接種劑之後,加以處理,在鑄造後 即得到球狀石墨組織 (又稱為延性鑄鐵)。若將此球狀石墨組織,以熱處理之方 式,改變其基地組織。其型式為(1)肥粒鐵型α。(2)波來鐵型P。(3)α+P型。(4) 變韌鐵型B。(5)麻田散鐵型M。本專題即針對球狀石墨鑄鐵之(1)熔鑄,(2)熱處 理及試片製作,(3)金相觀察,(4)拉伸試驗等製程,做為高延性、高強度之球狀 石墨鑄鐵的特性說明及探討。 |
英文摘要 | Desirable manufacturing processes including spheroidizing & inoculationand the effect of different matrix structures to mechanical propertiesinductile cast iron have been investigated. For getting excellent tensilestrength or elongation in this material, many kinds of heat treatments aresubtly applied. And then, ferritic, pearlitic and bainiticmatrix structurein ductile cast iron become available. From the results, major conclusions could be summarized as follows:(A) The castings spheroidizing treatment by OG8 with sandwich method, pouring temperature being kept from 1480°C to 1500°C , stably while pouring time as short as possible could obtain desirable mechanical properties of ductile cast iron. |
