中文摘要 | 本報告係探討杉木及柳杉造林木之原木品等,與製材率及價值利用率之關係。其結果如次:(1)杉木及柳杉原木之粗製品材積利用率:壁板為23.7%~61.2%,模板為0%~29.8%,總粗製品為47.9%~67.1%。鉋光後材積利用率;壁板為27.5%~54.5銘,模板為0%~24.4%,總鉋光製品為39.4%~53.2%。(2)杉木及柳衫之粗製品價值利用率:壁板為24.9%~78.8 %,模板為0%~21.6%,總粗製品為44.6%~85.6%。鉋光後價值利用率:壁板為35.2~102.7%,模板為0%~32.5%,總鉋光製品為63.8%~108.3%。(3)杉木及柳杉之材積與價值利用率均以原木長度較短者,而直徑較大者會較高。(4)原木品等較佳者,其壁板材積及價值利用率均較高,模板則相反,而總製品材積與價值利用率均以原木品等較佳會較高。(5)原木品等較佳者所製得之壁板品等亦會較高,如由不同品等原木所製得特級壁板之百分率:杉木之一等原木為50.3%,>二等原木之18.8%>三等原木之11.9%。而柳杉之一等原木為25.4%>二等原木之21.7%>三等原木之9.7%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among log quality and volume yield and value yield of logs cut from China-fir and Japanese cedar plantation forest. The results can be summarized as follows: (1)The volume yield of raw lumber of china-fir and Japanese cedar logs were 23.7%~61.2%, 0%~29.8% and 47.9%~67.1% for internal panels, concrete panels and total raw lumbers respectively. The volume yield of planned lumber were 27.5%~54.5%, 0%~24.4% and 39.4%~53.2% for internal panels, concrete panels and total lumbers respectively. (2)The value yield of raw lumber of china-fir and Japanese cedar were 24.9%~78.8%, 0%~21.6% and 44.6%~86.5% for internal panels, concrete panels and totallumbers respectively. The value yield of planned lumber were 35.2%~102.7%, 0%~32.5% and 63.8%~108.3% for internal panels, concrete panels and total lumbers respectively. (3)The volume and value yield of china-fir and Japanese cedar showed higher values for shorter length and larger diameter logs than others. (4)The better quality logs showed higher volume and value yield of internal panels. But the concrete panels showed a contrary trend. However, total volume and value yield were higher values from the higher quality logs. (5)The higher grading of internal panels were made from better quality logs. For examples; The special grade of internal panels showed the following order made from different quality logs; In case of China-fir logs: 50.3% for grade I logs> 18.8% for grade II logs> 11.9% for grade III logs. In the case of Japanese cedar logs; 25 .4% for grade I logs> 21.7% for grade II logs> 9.7% for grade III logs. |
