中文摘要 | 本報告係探討經低毒性酚樹脂(PF)含浸處理柳杉及杉木材,於高溫熱壓後,對其尺寸安定性及機械強度特性的改善效應。結果歸納如次:(1)柳杉材之PF吸收率會大於杉木材,但其厚度壓縮率則柳杉材會小於杉木材。(2)未浸酚樹脂試材浸水24小時後之浸水厚度膨脹率會大於浸酚樹脂試材。柳杉為1.66% > 1.37%,杉木為1.78% > 1.35%。(3)浸酚樹脂試材浸水處理後,各種強度均會較其氣乾材為低,此意味著浸酚樹脂試材仍保持有木材原有特性。(4)浸酚樹脂試材之各種強度值均會較未浸酚樹脂試材為大。就氣乾材而言,其改善效應以硬度最佳,靜曲與縱向壓縮則相差不多。就濕潤材而言,則其改善效應是以靜曲性質為佳,其次為硬度,縱向壓縮強度。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low toxic phenolic-resin impregnation treatment with high temperature hot press on the dimensional stability and mechanical properties of Japanese cedar and China-fir. The experimental results are summarized as follows: (1) The absorbed percentage (%) of phenolic-resin (PF) for Japanese cedar wood was greater than that of China-fir wood. However, the pressing percentage (%) in thickness for Japanese cedar wood was less than that for China-fir wood. (2) The swelling percentage (%) in thickness for untreated wood after dipping in water for 24 hours was greater than that of PF-impregnation treated wood. They were 1.66% > 1.37% for Japanese cedar, and 1.78% > 1.35% for China-fir, respectively. (3) The strength of PF- impregnation treated wood in wet condition was less than that of air-dried condition, it means that the PF-impregnation treated wood also maintained the original characteristics of wood. (4) The strength of PF-impregnation treated wood was greater than that of untreated wood (control group). The improvement efficiency showed a decreasing trend as follows: For air-dried wood; the hardness showed best, the static bending and compression were same results. for wet wood, the order was: static bending > hardness > compression strength. |
