| 中文摘要 | 本研究以五專一年級學生共106名為研究對象,實驗設計分成男生組48名,女生組30名,運動員組28名。其中男生組為實驗組,再隨機分成四組,分別是田賽組、徑賽組、球類組和游泳組,全體受試者在初測接受十項動覺測量,實驗組經一學期實施分組教學訓練之後再接受十項動覺測量,用以分析比較,其效果對動覺特質的影響,依據研究目的,獲得如下之具體結論: (一)動覺能力之因子具有其特殊性,非為一般性。 (二)運動員組與女生組在動覺能力上有顯著差異(P<.05)。 (三)男生與女生之間則只在某些動覺因素上有所差異(P<.05)。 (四)一學期的實驗教學訓練可以普遍提升其動覺水準。 (五)球類運動對增進動覺水準上有顯著效果(P<.05)。 |
| 英文摘要 | The subjects of his study are 106 junior college freshmen who are divided into three groups: 48 boy students, 30 girl students and 28 athletes. Forty-eight boy students, the experimental group, are divided at random into four sub-groups: field events, track events, ball sports and swimming. At the beginning of the semester, all subjects participate ten kinds of kinesthetic tests. At the end of the semester, boy students of the experimental group take the same tests again. The result of such comparison is intended to analyze the effects of group teaching and practice upon kinesthesis. With the above purpose in mind, the conclusions are as follows: (1) The factors of kinesthetic ability are unique, not general. (2) There is significant difference of kinesthetic ability between groups of athletes and girl students. (P<.05) (3) Boys and girls differ on certain factors of kinesthesis. (P<.05) (4) One-semester group teaching and practice can generally upgrade the standard of kinesthesis. (5) Ball sports have great effects on improving the level of kinesthesis. (P<.05) |
