中文摘要 | 利用大豆屬(Glycine)野生種G. tabacina,G. tomentella,G. canescens,G. soja,半栽培種G. gracilis,栽培種G. max (cv、CH 2)及G. max × G. soja之後代品系(W128)等7個種之種子為材料,無菌發芽後切取幼苗之根尖、下胚軸、子葉、和莖頂為培植體,進行大豆屬不同種間不同部位培植體癒合組織形成能力的研究,其結果如下: 1.種間不同部位癒合組織形成能力,除G. tomentella之莖頂,G. canescens之下胚軸癒合組織大於子葉外,都以子葉較佳,下胚軸及莖頂次之,根尖較差。 2.種間癒合組織形成能力以G. canescens及G. tabacina較佳,G. gracilis,G. tomentella其次,G. soja,G. max × G. soja (W128),及G. max (CH 2)較差。 3.不同部位培植體根分化能力除G. gracilis莖頂癒合組織之根分化能力高於其他部位外,都以子葉癒合組織分化能力最強。 4.種間根分化能力隨不同物種而異,以G. canescens最佳,次為G. tabacina,再次為G. soja。 5.Glycine亞屬的癒合組織形成分化能力似較Soja亞屬強。 |
英文摘要 | In order to compare the callus formation and root differentiation abilities induced form different explants among Glycine species, 4 species of wild (G. canescens, G. tabacina, g. tomentella, G. soja), 1 species of semi-cultivar (G. gracilis), 1 species of cultivar (G. max, cv. CH2) and progeny interspecific cross (W128) were used as materials. Four parts of their seedling, i.e., root-tip, hypocotyl, cotyledon and shoot-tip were cultured. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The results showed that cotyledon have the best callus formation among species, except that shoot-tip of G. tomentella and hypocotyl of G. canescens. 2. Among different species. G. canescens and G. tabacina had better callus formation while W128 and CH2 showed the worst. 3. Cotyledon also gave the best root differentiation, except G. gracilis. 4. The differentiation abilities of root among species was in the order of G. canescens, G. tabacina, G. soja. 5. Between two subgenera, the result showed that the subgenus Glycine gave a better callus formation and root differentiation than subgenus Soja. |
