中文摘要 | 近年來隨著車輛設計的演進,使得齒輪箱動力密度提高,操作油溫上升。傳統型 齒輪油油質氧化與添加劑分解加劇,劣化後的生成物與積碳會導致油封的破裂與滲漏,這已成 為汽車製造商困擾的重要問題。因此,強調清淨性能的熱穩定型齒輪油日趨受到市場的重視。 成功地利用較簡易之ISOT,IHC氧化試驗法與CRC L-60-1法在齒輪油清淨性評估上的可 對應性,篩試出符合GL-5/ MIL-L-2105D規範之熱穩定型齒輪油新配方。延用此技術開發之 GL-4 75W/90車輛手排變速箱油,經中華汽車四萬公里實車測試,確證其優異的潤滑與剪切 穩定性能,而獲得中華汽車認可作為手排變速箱齒輪油。 |
英文摘要 | Since the progress of the automotive design in the recent years, the operating temperature and power density of the gearboxes are raised up. Traditional gear oils are suffered from the oxidation and degradation much more than before, and the degraded products and carbon deposits will cause the breaking and leakage of the oil seals. It has been a serious problem to leak gear oil from seals for the automotive industry. So the thermal and oxidation stable clean-gear type gear oil are accepted and required by the market gradually. Basing on the good co-relation to dynamic test CRC L-60-1 in gear oil cleaning evaluations, ISOT and IHC thermal-oxidation test methods have been used to screen out the thermal-stable gear oil packages to meet specifications of GL-5/MIL-L-2105D. A GL-4, 75W/90 thermal and oxidation stable manual transmission oil was formulated by the same technology. The good shear stability and antiwear performance of the new product were proved by China Motor in a 40,000 Km field trial. China Motor has accepted this product as qualified manual transmission oil finnally. |
