中文摘要 | 十五個供試水稻品種,於1984年以三個不同植期種植於臺東改良場;水稻抽穗後10、15、20尺及成熟期分別取主莖莖稈,測定與倒伏有關的莖稈內部形態 和機械力學性質以及化學成分等,以倒伏級數與各測定的性狀、產量進行迴歸相關,以明瞭水稻倒伏之因素,且做為選拔抗倒伏品種之指標。 試驗結果顯示矮稈品種之稈壁有較厚之傾向,連帶的增加了橫切面面積,隨之稈莖挫折強度增加而抗倒伏。另外分析稻稈化學成分,抗倒伏品種於抽穗後15天,莖稈內澱粉及醣份含量迅速增加,持續至成熟,充分表現抗倒伏的內在潛力;纖維素含量的高底則不足以影響倒伏之難易。 依稻稈外部、內部形態及機械力學性質設定個種倒儈指標,發現以cLr值、稈莖挫折強度及倒伏指數最具代表性,能有效且迅速判斷植株倒伏的難易。前二者係實測而得,而倒伏指數則說[(稈長)□×主稈鮮重]/[主悍乾重×稈莖挫折強度計算而來。 |
英文摘要 | Fifteen varieties were planted at Taitung area in 1984. Main stem was sampled at 10, 15, 20 days after flowering and maturing to measure the diameter of culm, some mechanical properties and chemical compositions (starch, sucrose and cellulose) related to lodging and to determine the correlation and regression of these characters to lodging in rice. The results indicated the lodging resistance varieties were expressed of short plant stature, larger density of culm with larger thicker culm wall as well as higher breakage strength. Also, lodging resistance varieties could maintained high sugar and starch content in the culm from 15 days after flowering until to mature. Compare with different lodging guides in rice, it was found that cLr value, bareakge strength and lodging index were good lodging guides. The data for cLr value and breakage strength were tested from the field, and lodging index was calculated based the following equation: [(culm length)□ ×(fresh wt. of clum)]/[(dry wt. of culm)×(breakage strength of culm)]. As the results indicated that strength of culm would be the best parameter to test the lodging resistance in rice, however; the stiffness and elasticity of culm had to be considered while determination of lodging by culm strength. |
