中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為測定水稻有關抗倒伏各性狀間之相關,及由路徑係數分析其因果之關係,提供水稻育種選拔抗倒伏後裔之參考。藉以增進水稻抗倒伏育種選拔工作之成效。 本試驗所用材料為易倒伏之本地秈稻品種與抗倒伏美國稻品種Zenith雜交之F2與F3材料。 根據相關分析之結果,可知CLr值與稈直徑,稈單位長度重量,稈重及挫折力之表現型及環境相關係數為極顯著之正相關,不過由F2遺傳相關分析結果而知,倒伏性狀間之正相關實由環境之影響,各性狀遺傳成分之相關則不存在。又由路徑係數分析所得之結果,獲知有關水稻抗倒伏性狀中,最具影響之因素,為稈高及稈莖挫折力,其次為稈直徑。而稈單位長度重量及稈重。對抗倒伏之影響均極小。 |
英文摘要 | This study was aimed at determining the correlation and path analysis of component characters related to lodging resistance in rice. The materials used in this study were the F2 and F3 plants from the cross combination of lodging susceptible Indica variety Pai-Mee-Fen and the lodging resistant American variety Zenith. The experiment was carried out in the second crop of 1967and the first of 1968 at The Kaohsiung District Agricultural Improvement Station. The component characters investigate for each main tiller were culm length, culm diameter, weight per unit culm, tiller weight, breaking strength and CLr value. Correlation and path analysis were made for each two components of the observed characters. The results of the simple phenotypic and environmental correlation-coefficient indicated that culm diameter, weight per unit culm length, tiller weight, and breaking strength were significantly correlated or positively correlated with CLr value. Genotypic correlation was, in general, lower than phenotypic correlation in most cases except for culm length. Path analysis of component characters showed that culm length and breaking strength exerted the greatest influence both directly and indirectly on CLr value while culm diameter ranked next. Weight per unit culm length and tiller weight exerted the least influence. |
