中文摘要 | 本研究係以國立交通大學343名學生為對象,就彼等對「工作加班費的有無是否有不同評價」為指標,以對我國未來白領工作者的需求層次是否較高作一檢證,結果反應顯示加班費之有無對工作評價並無影響,此一方面印證了波爾特(L.W. Porter)與福瑞監德(F. Friedlander)對美國白領工髼者工作價值觀研究所得的推論,也另一方面對我國文化背景下的白領工作者工作有較高層次動機的信念有了部份的證明。 |
英文摘要 | By studying the responses over ‘on overtime pay’ on 343 students in National Chiao Tung University, we tried to find out whether the forthcoming white collar workers have comparatively higher levels needs. The result shows that there is no different response between having overtime pay and having no overtime pay. It has not only verified the inference made by L. W. Porter & F. Friedlander from their separate researches in U.S.A. that white collar workers have higher work motive levels, but also partly proved that the white collar workers with Chinese cultural background might have higher levels work motive than blue collar workers. |
