中文摘要 | 現代工作滿足理論的發展觀點在於謀求個人的工作生活與組織的工作環境能夠維持一致協調的和諧關係,個人可以在組織中獲得基本生活需要的滿足與追求高層次自我成就理想需求的實踐,而組織也可以經由員工集體的績效表現達成組織既定目標,創造發展遠景。本研究因此以政府殘障特考錄取員工為主體,從組織與個人兩種不同的角度探討殘障特考錄取員工的工作滿足感。調查結果指出,受訪殘障人員對於政府機構內的工作具有相當的認同感與滿足程度。結論並指出如要落實保障殘障朋友的工作機會條款,政府仍需要在國家考試的資格條件,職務分配制度,以及輔導措施上多所檢討改進。 |
英文摘要 | The modern perspective of work satisfaction theory places emphasis on the coherence of employee's accomplishment and organizational performance, in which employees can devote themselves not only to the basic needs but also to the higher need of achievement, while the organization is fulfilled with their goals. This study is thus investigating the work satisfaction, both from the viewpoints of the employees as well as the employers, of the governmental handicapped employees who newly passed the national exam projected for the disables. The result indicates that for protecting the right of being employed for the disables, government has to relieve the unreasonable limitations which restrict handicapped people from national exams, to refine the job apportionment which discriminated against the disables, and to assist the handicapped more when they are in need. |
