英文摘要 | To improve the grindability of raw rice husk by making it more friable, the author has proposed to thermotreat it before grinding. To find an optimum temperature for thermotreating which results in minimum power consumption of grinding, the Grindability Index had been defined as G.I.=ni-n0 where ni and n0 represent the constant n, appearing in the selection function S(x)=kxm and breakage function B(y,x)=(y/x)m, for the thermotreating temperature ti and reference temperature t0 respectively. These constants ni and n0 had been estimated from experimental cata, which were obtained in the laboratory closed circuit grinding system, by using the equation given by Furuya et al. , thereafter the optimum temperature for thermotreating was found from the values of G.I. |
