中文摘要 | 運用基準線係於水庫蓄水營運過程中,判別水量之豐枯,並規定不同情況下水量使用方式,其使水資源獲最佳利用。良好之運用基準線能使供水水量最大,節水量、溢洪量最小。一座多目標水庫,或多目標水庫系統;在本省,農業用水往往佔水庫供水量之重要部分,灌溉配水量是否充分且合理,對水庫運用基準線之建立關係至鉅。 本研究之目的為採用線性規劃建立水庫運用基準線,以冀充分有效利用有限之水資源。本文以明德水庫及其水庫灌區為主要研究目標,驗證應用線性規劃可以求取水庫最佳運用基準線,為開源節流之優點方法;結果顯示,本研究之模式具有相當合理及實用價值,可供其他水庫重新釐訂運用基準線之參考。 |
英文摘要 | A rule curve of a reservoir is a graph to be sed to judge the water surplus or deficiency of a reservoir in the near future, and to guide the water release for the effective water resources utilization. The most powerful rule curve of a reservoir will maximize the quantities of water supply, and minimize the quantities of water shortage and water spillage from the reservoir. A multipurpose reservoir of reservoirs, agricultural water use is always the important and major quantities of water users; therefore, the effectiveness of agricultural water use is the essential factor for obtaining a rule curve. The purpose of this research is to derive a rule curve based on the theory of linear programming. By applying the computer manipulation, the effective utilization of water resources were made. The Min-Teh Reservoir and its irrigation area will be used as the sample study, to be used to improve the application of linear programming for deriving the rule curve as the best reservoir operation curve. The results of the model developed by this study can be applied effectively and as an example for deriving the general reservoir operation rule curve. |
