中文摘要 | 選用Penicillin、Aureomycin、以及Terramycin三種動物用抗生素,從事鴨?飼餵,肌肉注射以尋求鴨蛋中抗生素殘留與消長之相關性;並進行鴨蛋中抗生素與冷藏、冷凍凍結、加溫以及製造鹹蛋(添加氯化鈉)、皮蛋(添加氫氧化鈉與氯化鈉)等項處理對於各種抗生素之安定性亦為本研究之主要目的。 應用Cylinder-plate method測定鴨蛋中抗生素之最低敏感度為Penicillin 0.02u./ml; Aureomycin 0.02 μg/ml;以及Terramycin 0.20 μg/ml。 抽驗臺北市686個次鴨蛋中,並無殘留Penicillin之跡象;而Aureomycin與Terramycin之殘留百分率為1.16%,其殘留量達0.126 μg/ml。 氯化鈉對鴨蛋中抗生素破壞作用較小,其鹹蛋製品中仍殘存相當量之抗生素;而氫氧化鈉與氯化鈉併用時,則致使鴨蛋中抗生素破壞殆盡,故皮蛋製品中不致殘留抗生素。 鴨蛋中抗生素之耐熱性以Penicillin最強,雖加溫100℃,保持5分鐘仍無法完全被破壞;5℃冷藏可促使鴨蛋中抗生素逐漸消失抗生作用;-20℃冷凍凍結則不影響鴨蛋中抗生素之安定性。 鴨隻飼餵100 ppm以下Aureomycin以及Terramycin 7日後,鴨蛋中不致殘留抗生素;若飼餵 500 ppm以上時,則於第5日(Aureomycin)及第6日(Terramycin)之鴨蛋中開始產生殘留跡象,然停止飼餵4日完全消失殘留量。 將Terramycin水劑2ml (力價100 mg)肌肉注射鴨隻後第2日之鴨蛋中?殘留抗生素,停止注射後第4日完全消失殘留現象。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this project were an application of the Cylinder-plate method for studying the relationships between the antibiotic Penicillin, Auremycin, as well as Terramycin residues and duration of dietary antibiotics in egg of domestic duck and various treatments, respectively. From this study the following conclusions were drawn as follows: The duck egg proceeded by Cylinder-plate method, which appeared the threshold sensitivity level of antibiotics were Penicillin 0.02 U./ml; Aureomycin 0.02 μg/ml.; and Terramycin 0.20 μg/ml. Cold storage in 5℃ of antibitoics in duck egg were susceptible to change in less residues. The heat-tolerance of antibiotics in duck egg were considerable variation to the sorts of antibiotics, of which Penicillin was the most stable. Added of 20% NaCL into duck egg for processing the salted egg on the end of 20th day experimental samples, the antibiotic residues were also appeared, but of 10% NaCL and 4% NaOH for Pei-Dan, all of the antibiotic residues were disappearanced, respectively. The residues of Aureomycin and Terramycin in commercial duck egg in Taipei City was 0.126 μg/ml., in which Aureomycin content was over the legislative-level; without any Penicillin residucs was found. Terramycin residues could be transfered from the intramuscular injection domestic duck into the egg on starting the 2nd day injection and disappearanced all of the residues on the 4th day after withdraw the injection. No antibiotic residues were detected in eggs laid by domestic duck fed with 0, 20, and 100 ppm of dietary Aureomycin and Terramycin for 7 days, but feeding the diets containing at the level higher than 500 ppm, the residues of Aureomycin and Terramycin were determined on the 5th and 6th day, respectively. After withdraw of the dietary antibiotics, the contents of residue in duck egg disappearanced exponentially. |
