中文摘要 | 薑自古以來即為「藥食同源」的代表性植物,在日常生活飲食中極為常見,亦常 出現在各個方劑中。目前已知薑所含的活性成分具有止吐止暈、抗發炎及抗氧化等 效果,而其中薑對血小板凝集可能造成的影響最受到矚目。本文試著以實證醫學的角 度,客觀評估相關文獻,去探討薑與血小板凝集兩者之間的關連性。根據客觀證據顯 示,有研究報告指出薑會對血小板凝集造成影響,但受限於可參考的研究太少及缺乏 完善的實驗設計,無法提出有效的臨床建議,因此只能做出保守的解釋。 |
英文摘要 | The representative plant, Ginger (Zingiber officinale), has demonstrated its value of as medicine and food for a long time. The ginger in daily food productions is extremely common as well as appears at the traditional Chinese medical formulae. As we know, the active ingredient of ginger possess anti-emetic effect, anti-motion sickness, anti-inflammatory activity and anti-oxidant effect ect. Among those activities of ginger, the effect of anti-platelet aggregation gets the most attention. Thus, this script is trying to discuss the relationships between ginger and the plate aggregation at the angle of practical research and historical literature. On the basis of related studies, they indicated that ginger can make the effect on the platelet aggregation; however, the limited research data and irrational experimental design provides the correlational criminal conformation. Hence, this article exhibited a conservative explanation and analyses surrounding this topic. |
