中文摘要 | 1996年4月至1997年4月於臺灣中部關刀溪長期生態研究區進行蟲癭調查,發現變葉新木薑子(Neolitsea aciculata var. variabillima (Hay.)J. C. Liao)葉部有一類球狀蟲癭,長葉木薑子(Litsea acuminata (Bl.) Kurata)葉部有球狀及傘狀二類蟲癭。利用掃描式電子顯微鏡、冷凍切片及石蠟切片進行蟲癭組織觀察,蟲癭纓組織高度分化且完全包被造癭昆蟲,屬於原質性的被覆型蟲癭。本文就變葉新木薑子與長葉木薑子葉部蟲癭之發育初期、成長期、成熟期及羽化期等各發育階段做詳細描述。 |
英文摘要 | The galls of Neolitsea aciculata var. variabillima (Hay.) J. C. Liao and Litsea acuminata (Bl.) Kurata were investigated at the Guandaushi long-term ecological research (LTER) site in central Taiwan from April 1996 to April 1997. One kind of insect-induced gall on the leaf of Neolitsea aciculata var. variabillima is the ball-shaped gall. Two kinds of insect-induced gall on the leaf of Litsea acuminata are the ball-shaped gall and the umbrella-like gall. Scanning electron microscopy, cryosection and paraffin methods were used to observe the inner tissues of the galls which are completely covered and highly differentiated. They all belong to covering galls and prosoplasmatic galls. The developmental stages. including initiation phase, growth phase, maturation phase and dehiscence phase, of the galls on leaf of Neolitsea aciculata var. variabillima and Litsea acuminata were studied and described in details in this paper. |
