英文摘要 | The social network’s rise and social activities making the message transformations have the new mode, the “Social Networking Sites” (e.g. Facebook) became most popular social pattern. This study focused on the motivation of intrinsic and extrinsic of using social networking sites and discoursed services value and quality effect with customer satisfaction, and the intention of customers continue use Facebook group buying platform. This study employed survey research and focused on the Facebook members and the people used to buy with group buying. The result shows service value and service quality affect the customers’ satisfaction. Customers’ satisfaction affects continuance adoption. The motivation of intrinsic and extrinsic both affect the customers’ continuance of using Facebook group buying platform. |
