| 中文摘要 | 老子道德經第十七篇云:「太上,不知有之;其次,親而譽之;其次,畏之;其次,悔之。」在部隊裡年輕的領導幹部如何有效的領導來自不同專業領域或環境背景的個人,成了現在領導者心中最大的轉折。 而現今社會風氣丕變,在教育風氣偏向西化的自由風格下,使青少年內心逐漸充滿著對舊有體制的反抗與厭惡,也造成了許多摩擦與不適應。綜觀近年到部隊服役的青少年與年輕的基層幹部,都正面臨了領導與管理的問題。 因此,作者藉由研究西方近年來盛行的「僕人領導」(Servant Leadership)與依據中華文化傳統與家族制度,發展而成的「家長式領導」(Paternalistic Leadership)這兩種領導風格,並從「領導者特質」、「行為」、「風格」、「權力基礎」及其「與部屬關係」等項目,針對僕人領導與家長式領導風格據以分析、比較其中之差異性,從這兩種領導風格中擇優運用於軍事領域,以提供國軍基層幹部一個領導方向及作為,使組織關係因出於信任進而調整領導與被領導關係,對建軍備戰作為更有正向的改善。 |

Young leaders in the army how effective leadership cadres from different areas of expertise personal or environmental background, now has become a leader in the minds of the greatest contradictions. The current social climate has greatly changed in favor of education ethos freedom westernized style, so that young people gradually filled with heart and disgust against the old regime, but also caused a lot of friction and suited. Looking to the army in recent years, adolescents and young grass-roots cadres, are now facing a leadership and management issues. Therefore, the authors studied the West in recent years by the prevalence of "servant leadership" (Servant Leadership) and based on traditional Chinese culture and family system, developed from a "paternalistic leadership" (Paternalistic Leadership) these two leadership styles, and from "leadership traits", "behavior", "style", "power base" and "relations with subordinates," and so on, for the servant leadership and paternalistic leadership style, according to the analysis, which compares the difference from the two kind of leadership style used in the military field in merit to provide military direction of grassroots cadres and as a leader, enabling organizations to further deepen the relationship of trust due for leadership and the leadership relationship, preparing for the army as a more positive improvement. |
