中文摘要 | 本文探討組織文化、領導風格、組織學習與組織創新之關係,以線性結構方法(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)探討公部門這些構面間的影響程度,及其對創新能力與組織績效之影響。本文利用問卷調查500公部門服務者,從回收的398份有效樣本做SEM統計分析發現:(1)組織文化與組織學習對組織創新有顯著影響;(2)領導風格對組織創新無顯著影響;(3)組織學習與組織創新對組織績效有顯著影響;(4)組織創新對組織績效有顯著影響。從本文所建立組織學習的影響模式,公部門單位在推動服務創新活動時,可藉由組織文化與組織學習來改善組織績效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style, organizational learning, and organizational innovation. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to investigate the degree of influence among the constructs as well as determine whether or not these constructs affect innovation capability and performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from governmental public service agencies. Out of 500 issued surveys, a total of 398 valid responses were received. The analysis results reveal that (1) organizational culture influences organizational performance positively through organizational innovation; (2) leadership style has no direct impact on innovation capability; (3) organizational learning positively influences organizational performance, either directly or indirectly through organizational innovation; and (4) organizational innovation positively influences organizational performance. The study shows that by increasing innovation activities in the public sector, it is possible to improve organizational performance by means of organization culture and organizational learning. |
