英文摘要 | Learning organization is an organization that takes constant learning and transformation. It starts with personal learning and extends to the whole teamwork. It strengtens an organization's innovation and growth. The key to success for the learning organization is the leadership. The roles of a leader are a designer, servant, and mentor. The leaders can also be partners who fully devote themselves to the learning organization. The strategies to carry out the learning organization include: advocating the knowledge management, doing team learning, building shared vision, and planning librarians' career development. |
