中文摘要 | 本研究以臺灣資訊硬體產業為對象,目的在探討組織文化、組織知識創造情境與組織創新三者間之關連性,主要研究發現為:(1)高創導型組織文化對組織知識創造情境的影響有最佳的正面效果,亦即愈強調創導的組織文化,愈能營造出較具創新意涵的組織知識創造情境;(2)中、高創導型組織文化對組織創新有最正面的影響作用,亦即愈強調創導型的組織文化,能使組織創新成果愈顯豐碩;(3)中、高創導型組織知識創造情境對組織創新成果有最佳的正向關連,亦即組織愈能建構強調創新的組織知識創造情境,能使組織創新成果愈顯豐碩;(4)當組織文化與組織知識創造情境適配時,高度創導型組織文化加上高度創新型組織知識創造情境,對組織創新並無正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | This research investigated the effects of organizational culture and conditions for organizational knowledge creation on organizational innovation. Data were collected from 205 engineers form the information hardware industry in Taiwan. The results showed: (1) There was positive relationship between high level of creation-oriented organizational culture and conditions for organizational knowledge creation. Specifically, the high level of creation-oriented organizational culture was connected to effective innovation-oriented conditions for organizational knowledge creation; (2) Medium or high level of creation-oriented organizational culture was positively related organizational innovation better. Specifically, when an organization had higher level of creation-oriented organizational culture, its organizational innovation was more effective; (3) Medium or high level of innovation-oriented conditions for organizational knowledge creation had a significantly positive effect on organizational innovation. Specifically, establishing higher level of innovation-oriented conditions for organizational knowledge creation contributed positively to organizational innovation; (4) The matches of organizational culture culture and conditions for organizational knowledge creation didn’t have an influence on organizational innovation. |
