中文摘要 | 近年來,教育部積極推動大學校院閱讀書寫課程革新計畫,本研究針對執行此計畫後的課程改進作一探討,以便做為日後修正的參考。在研究設計上,首先利用重要度和滿意度分析(I-S model)設計問卷,針對參與計畫的七個班級之學生作問卷調查,透過SPSS統計分析,以四象限劃分區域顯示首要改善和持續改善的教學品質要素,復透過品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD),將上述教學品質要素的相關策略加以排序,做為授課教師日後在有限的授課時間和教學資源下,改善教學的參考。目的是確保在符合學習者需求的前提下,教師能做成最佳選擇,以激發學生學習興趣,提升教學品質。研究結果顯示:在16項閱讀書寫國文教學的具體策略中,學習者需求排序越前者,越為最佳改善策略。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan has aggressively promoted the innovative reading and writing curriculum programs among the universities. The objective of this study is to explore the curriculum improving after theimplementation of these programs; it also serves the reference for future correction. The questionnaire was designed based on the importance and satisfaction model (I-S model). The questionnaire results collected from seven classes of students participating in this study are further analyzed using SPSS statistic technique. The elements are classified as first improving and continuing improving items of teaching practice using the four-quadrant matrix. Furthermore, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is employed to rank all the elements of teaching practices against their perspective strategies to serve as guidance. They can be used by the faculty to improve the quality of teaching within the limited time and resources. Its purpose is to make sure that the teachers are able to make the best choice to stimulate the interest of students and improve the teaching quality under the students' requirements. The higher ranked items are the more effective ones among these 16 different teaching strategies. |
