中文摘要 | 臺北飛航情報區域內航路及班次密集,加以國防安全因素考量,使得提供安全運行之各項飛航服務至為重要。本研究以五大項飛航服務項目,分別針對航空公司簽派員與機師進行問卷調查,分析我國飛航服務之滿意度,進一步採重要度-績效分析探討飛航服務現況。研究結果顯示,機師對航空氣象服務的滿意度最高,最低為飛航管制服務,簽派員則是對飛航情報的滿意度最高,而重要度-績效分析則顯示目前飛航服務上需優先改善之項目。 |
英文摘要 | In addition to safe operation, to air traffic services is also an important issue for airlines. This research analyzes the satisfaction of air traffic services by surveying airline pilots and operation dispatchers with questionnaire focusing on air traffic control, flight information, aeronautical telecommunication, aeronautical meteorology, and navigation facility services. The importance-performance analysis (IPA) is used to explore the current level of services. It shows that for pilots the aviation weather service scores the highest satisfaction, and the air traffic control has the lowest satisfaction. For operation dispatchers, the flight information service scores the highest satisfaction. |
