英文摘要 | Names of three Monascus strains deposited at BCRC/FIRDI were revised based on molecular phylogenetic and morphological data. Conclusively BCRC 31746 and BCRC 31747 were identified as Monascus purpureus. BCRC 32668 was identified as Monascus sanguineus. Molecular phylogenetic analysis was both accurate and reliable in the identification of Monascus species. |
