中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要是探討全校師生運動會參賽者對於運動會服務品質的看法,有效問卷計 235人。本研究運用重要績效分析法 (IPA)探討運動會服務品質,運用「運動會服務品質問卷」以了解參賽者的需求與感受,以供主辦單位提升運動會服務品質之參考。本研究結果發現「舉辦的每一項目皆能按照預定流程進行」、「本活動賽程安排相當合適」、「服務人員能夠主動詢問參加者的需求」、「服務人員具備良好的專業知識與素養」和「相關的服務人員可順利解決我的問題」等,屬於高重要度與低滿意度,應該為優先改善區。此研究針對研究發現提供相關之管理意涵,亦對未來的研究給予一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the perspectives of intramural games participants regarding to the service quality with 235 valid subjects. Importance-Performance analysis was utilized to unfold service quality, intramural sport games questionnaire was formed to understand the needs and feelings of participants, assist managers to provide better service quality. The results indicated were indicated that: “every event is follow by the schedule",“activities properly arranged",“staffs could active ask the needs of participants",“staffs offer professional capability",“staffs could solve my questions", all the above questions were high in importance but low in satisfaction, those must be improved. Suggestions with managerial meanings were proposed and recommendations for further studies were also mentioned. |
