中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討將硫脲添函在低濃度碘的電解質液以及混摻不同晶相二氧化鈦薄膜的工作電極對可撓式染料敏化太陽能電池之影響。本實驗將電解質液中碘分子濃度從0.05M降低至0.01M,使穿透度從70%提升至90%,增函入射光的利用率。同時於電解質液中添函硫脲(thiourea),以提升短路電流密度與開環電壓,進而使光電轉換效率從8.14 %提升至9.11 %。此外,本研究將不同晶相的二氧化鈦奈米顆粒(PAa101銳鈦礦晶相與PAr301金紅石晶相)進行混摻,最佳混摻比例為4:6時其入射光子電子轉換效率可從34.9 %提升至44.8 %。將以上優化條件應用於可撓式染料敏化太陽能電池,使其短路電流密度為 19.60 mA/cm^2,而光電轉換效率高達9.59 %。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects iodine concentrations, the addition of thiourea in the electrolyte and different crystalline phase of titanium dioxide on the photovoltaic performance of the flexible dye-sensitized solar cell. Iodine concentration in the electrolyte was reduced from 0.05M to 0.01M which increased the electrolyte transmittance from 70% to 90%. The incorporation of thiourea in the electrolyte has been found to increase both short circuit current J_(SC) and open circuit voltage V_(OC), resulting an overall power conversion efficiency increased from 8.14% to 9.11%. Two different crystalline phase of titanium dioxide: anatase (PAa101) and rutile (PAr301) was blended with the ratio of 4:6 to served as the complex photoanode which increased the incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency from 34.9% to 44.8%. We can obtain above all the factors discussed the final flexible dye-sensitized solar cell attained a short circuit current JSC value of 19.60 mA cm^(-2) and the efficiency of power conversion η to a remarkable value of 9.59%. |
