中文摘要 | 在鑄造純鈦(Pure titanium)或鈷-鉻(Co-Cr)合金牙科用�G復物時,磷酸結合(phosphate bonded)包埋材為一必備材料,因其可耐高溫在鑄造過程,此包埋材的晶相化學反應對鑄造金屬品質具有決定性影響,特別是金屬與包埋材之間界面反應仍需研究。本研究利用壓克力原模(plastic pattern)表面用氧化鎂(MgO)或二氧化鈦(TiO�砥^塗層,再以磷酸鹽結合包埋材包埋鑄造,利用金相顯微鏡(optical microscopic )觀察各種塗層條件下的鑄造物表面的晶相結構變化, 用電子顯微鏡(scaner electron microscope)觀察各種條件下鑄模內側表面的結晶構造,來探討表面塗層鑄造對純鈦金屬鑄造的影響及可行性。包埋方法採用壓克力套圈(plastic ring)方式包埋,進爐加熱時除去壓克力套圈(ringless)方式進行。 結果目視觀察,鈦專用尖晶石(spinel)系包埋砂的鑄造物情況良好,以磷酸鹽結合包埋材加氧化鎂塗層者情況與前者差異不大。以氧化鈦塗層者表面有些有過度化學反應現象,用磷酸鹽包埋材包埋鑄造者,其表面更呈現過度化學反應的現象且較氧化鈦塗層者為差。觀察磷酸鹽結合包埋材加氧化鎂塗層包埋,鑄造時用以阻絕鈦金屬可能與磷(P)、矽(Si)、氧(O)產生反應是可行的。 |
英文摘要 | Whenever pure titanium or cobalt-chromium alloys are used in dental restorations, the phosphate bonded investment is essential for its heat-resistant property, especially during the casting process. The chemical reactions of crystallization of such bonding materials has determinant influences, especially upon the reaction with exists between the metal and bonded core, and requires further elucidation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of the influences that pure titanium has toward surface coatings and die-cast patterning using plastic patterns coated with oxidized magnesium or oxidized titanium. We wanted to determine which possessed casting feasibility and influences, after investing and casting using phosphate bonded material. Optical microscopes were used for observing the metallurgical-phase. Scanning electron microscopes were used for observing micro-structure crystallized on the inner surfaces of casting molds with different coatings. We used the plastic ring method as the method of investment, in which the plastic ring were removed before the samples were placed into a furnace oven and heated in the ring-less stage. The results from our research showed that fine casts may be obtained while using titanium-spinel series investment, which was similar to results found while using phosphate-bonded core with oxidized magnesium coating. We also observed excessive chemical interaction phenomenon on the surface while using oxidized titanium coating. A similar phenomenon also appeared during the phosphate-bonded process which oxidized more vigorously when using oxidized titanium coating. According to observations from our study the phosphate-bonded investment with oxidized magnesium coating may be restricted to titanium with "P" "Si" or "O" interactions. |
