中文摘要 | 本研究在探討切削條件對木材切削表面品質之影響,主要探討切削加工後之表面品質、切削加工時間、不同徑向切削寬度及切削路徑對不同試片表面粗糙度之影響。一般而言,當徑向切削寬度越小時,或以高轉速配合低進給速度亦可獲得較優良之表面品質,因此在固定刀具直徑、主軸轉速(Spindle speed)及進給速度(Feed rate)時,改變三組加工路徑(往復切削路徑、單向切削路徑、渦旋切削路徑)與3組徑向切削寬度(0.1 mm、0.3 mm、0.5 mm),以實驗來探討切削後木材之表面品質。為了量測表面平均粗糙度,於切削加工完成後,以平行木材木理方向及垂直木材木理方向作為量測依據,進行六次量測求取平均值。量測結果顯示,最終木材切削品質係由渦旋切削路徑在切削寬度0.1 mm時其表面品質最佳,所花費切削時間為339秒。 |
英文摘要 | This study tries to explore the effect of cutting conditions on the surface quality of wood, it mainly focuses on the effect of cutting time, different radial cutting width and cutting path on the surface roughness of wood samples after cutting operation. Generally speaking, the smaller the radial cutting width the better the surface quality of wood. On the other hand, the high speed coupled with low feed rate would also get better surface quality. Therefore, when we fix the tool diameter, spindle speed and feed rate, and change the operation parameters such as cutting path (reciprocating cutting path, unidirectional cutting path and scroll cutting path) and radial cutting width (0.1 mm, 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm), we explore the effect of cutting conditions on the surface quality of wood. In order to measure the average surface roughness after cutting operation, it is measured in accordance with the parallel and perpendicular direction of wood grain, and with six replications in order to get the average value. The experimental results show that the best quality of cutting surface is by scroll cutting path with 0.1 mm cutting width, and the cutting time is 339 seconds. |
