中文摘要 | 樂器之淵源十分久遠,多半只知其型式與材料種類。各家設計與製造技術自有門派,外人難知其奧秘。本文以靜力學的角度來分析古典吉他的結構,包括材料參數及六種常用的吉他力木系統,先用Pro/E繪製模型再用ANSYS做結構分析,以闡明材料的正確使用方式並觀察其特色,作為初步了解與將來設計創新設計的參考。由分析結果得知,縱向木理的響板對於琴橋弦拉力之抵抗性比橫向木理的響板好,當加裝上圍力木及下圍力木後,響板由原來單方向的下凹形變轉變為上下一凸一凹的形變,而變形量都有得到約束而下降。較小的徑向楊氏模數可得到較小的變形量。六種響板加裝上圍力木後對於琴弦拉力的抵抗能力順序為:Ignacio Fleta>Hernandez & Aquado>MichaelKasha>Greg Smallman>Antonio Toress>Daniel Friederich。若同時加裝上下圍力木後,其抵抗能力的順序則為:GregSmallman>Ignacio Fleta>Antonio Toress>Daniel Friederich>Hernandez & Aquado>Michael Kasha。 |
英文摘要 | The origin of musical instruments goes far back, when people only knew their differences in type and material. Each instrument has its unique design and manufacturing technology, which is barely understood by the majority. In this paper, we use statics to analyze the response, including the material parameters, for six bracing systems of soundboard in classical guitars. The design models were created by Pro/E and then were imported into ANSYS for structural analysis. The results provide information of proper usage of materials and act as reference when designing future product. The preliminary result showed that vertical wood grain soundboard can resist the pull of bridge string better than that of horizontal grain soundboard. The deformations of the soundboard were changed from one-way concave type to two-way convex and concave type while we installed both upper and lower bracing systems. The deformed shapes were reduced due to the extra constraints. The lower the radial Young's modulus gets a smaller deformation. For pure upper bracing system, the order in resisting string tension for the six kinds of soundboard was: Ignacio Fleta>Hernandez & Aquado>Michael Kasha>Greg Smallman>Antonio Toress>Daniel Friederich. For both upper and lower bracing system, the order was changed as: Greg Smallman>Ignacio Fleta>Antonio Toress>Daniel Friederich>Hernandez & Aquado>Michael Kasha. |
