中文摘要 | 賞識教育近幾年在中國風行,但也引來教育界對於賞識教育的補正意見,其中提出懲罰教育作為補充最為突顯,打著「沒有懲罰的教育,是不完整的教育」,企圖在全面正向接納的教育趨向下,替其他的教育手段加以合理化。賞識教育與懲罰教育,在人性假設上,以及對於何種對象與採取何種手段的立場方面,有著不同的見解。本文藉由文獻探討的正反合方式,理解賞識教育與懲罰教育的爭論關鍵,最後建議以回歸教育專業本質的思考,重新審視中國學界對推動賞識教育時應該注意的原則,並供臺灣教育界推動正向管教與友善環境論述時的借鏡。 |
英文摘要 | Appreciation education are prevailing in China during recent years, but it is challenged by many critics, especially the opponents who insist that punishment cannot be abolished in educational practice (such view is called punishment education). The author examined the disputed discourses of appreciation education and punishment education, and discussed the different views about how to use the positive or negative teaching strategies to make students better. It comes to conclusion that teachers should be authorized to discipline their students upon their professional knowledge. And such disputed discourses about how to appreciate students in China can be taken into consideration when promoting the positive discipline environment and friendly human rights campus in Taiwan nowadays. |
