中文摘要 | 空手道選手在競賽對打時,下肢後腳動量、推蹬力及敏捷性是決定打擊時間重要因素之一,因此本研究目的在探討空手道選手透過專項增強式訓練後,是否可顯著提昇下肢運動基本能力與下肢運動專項能力,並探討下肢運動基本能力與下肢運動專項能力之相關性。本研究以12名空手道選手為受測者,將選手隨機分成二組,實驗組除日常空手道一般訓練外,並加入連續6週專項增強式訓練,每週3次;對照組僅接受日常空手道一般訓練。本研究以t檢定及皮爾森積差相關進行統計分析,結果顯示,二組間之下肢運動基本能力與下肢運動專項能力進步幅度,實驗組經由增強式訓練後,下肢運動基本能力(垂直跳離地瞬間之速度、垂直跳高度及立定跳遠)與下肢運動專項能力(對打戰鬥姿勢之後腳跨步推蹬撞擊動作之最大推蹬力、動量)均優於對照組,且對打戰鬥姿勢的後腳跨步推蹬撞擊動作之動量達顯著差異(p<.05)。參數相關部分,動量與垂直跳最大推蹬力達顯著正相關(p<.05);後腳跨步撞擊動作的最大推蹬力與垂直跳最大推蹬力及動量均呈顯著正相關(p<.01);撞擊動作的離地時間與最大推蹬力時間達顯著正相關(p<.01)。 |
英文摘要 | While the competition is in process, the karate contestant fight each other, the foot momentum on the back lower extremity, pushes off strength and the agility of critical attack time is one of the important factors. Purpose of this research is to study the performance of karate contestant after the plyometric straining in particular item, and its effect on power of lower extremity, pushes off strength and the agility of contestant. Twelve karate contestants were included in this study; they were divided into control and experimental group randomly. For the experiment group, except the routine training program, they also received 6 weeks continuous plyometric straining in particular item, and each week have 3 training times; and for the control group, they only received an ordinary training program. In this study, the t-test and Person correlation were used for statistics analysis, the outcome shown as follow: 1. After the two groups were trained, the result of both testing item showed an improvement respectively, after the particular item plyometric straining in experimental group, both the momentum stepping on back lower extremity during jab, vertical jump and agility have significant difference. 2. Shuttle run and standing long jump results shows significant negative correlation(p<0.01); vertical jump shows significant positive correlation(p>0.01)with standing long jump, but significant negative correlation(p<0.01)with shuttle run; stepping on back lower extremity during jab and maximum pushes off strength in vertical jump shows significant positive correlation(p<0.05);stepping on back lower extremity during jab movement (maximum pushes off strength, momentum) and maximum pushes off strength in vertical jump shows significant positive correlation(p<0.01);stepping on back lower extremity during jab movement of karate contestant while fight each other(swing phase and push off times) also shows significant positive correlation(p<0.01). |
