中文摘要 | 現代企業面臨了快速變化與競爭激烈的外在環境,為追求組織成員的共識以達成組織目標,組織溝通的良窳便成為一個關鍵的成功因素。本文擬就組織溝通過去的相關研究文獻做一重點式的回顧與探討,並針對組織溝通未來在研究或實務上可能的趨勢與展望進行評析,希冀能為組織溝通後續的研究者提供一些可行的研究方向,此外本文提出之建議也可供實務界人士卓參。研究者並針對組織溝通未來研究之展望提出一些建議:評量溝通能力的研究日益重要、擴大組織溝通研究對象之範圍、建構有關組織溝通之本土化量表並進行長期之縱斷面研究,使組織溝通研究模式更加完整、組織內應該運用適當的溝通方式與媒介促進組織學習以提高競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | Encountered with a fast-changing and keenly competitive external environment, modern enterprise must rely on communication among organizational members to pursue a consensus to achieve organizational objective. This study is intended to review and discuss several important aspects in previous studies as well as to assess potential tendency and prospects in future studies or practices in the hope of providing feasible directions for follow-up researches and suggestions for the enterprises. The researcher have come up with a number of points: 1. The study of communication competence measurement is getting more and more important. 2. The scope in the selection of subjects should be enlarged. 3. The construction of localized inventory on organizational communication with long-term longitudinal studies helps to improve the research model. 4. Proper communication style and media should be employed within the organization to boost organization learning so as to raise competitiveness. |
